The RCMP and law enforcement agencies around the world collaborate on international Darknet marketplace enforcement | Royal Canadian Mounted Police
The RCMP and law enforcement agencies around the world collaborate on international Darknet marketplace enforcement | Royal Canadian Mounted Police If tomorrow goes as I now think it will i will be in a big heap of rcmp horseshit.Saskatoon, the headquarters of this force and a CP package expected tomorrow. You know I know but there's really nothing to do now. This is how intrusive and all encompassing this anti drug hysteria goes in this country.I have done nothing but try to maintain my own personal mental health. You may think, why not smash the computer and refuse delivery? If it was that easy,I'd be fine. It's not like they didn't do everything to tip their hand. It's just that if they have all the data necessary to post my name, they already have everything they need. There's really nothing to do now.I wait for the inevitable. It's really not surprising.I've never had any luck but bad luck.Blame it on my addiction? No!I blame the feds, the politicians and a vancouver heroin program that has refused to even speak with me.As well as a medical system so bereft of compassion that people like me are left to suffer in pain.I welcome this challenge.I only hope that I can count on the drug reform community and the local advocates to support and finance my case? How many people can post their own arrest in future? It's really not that difficult if you have half a brain.

The War on Drugs Is Taking Center Stage at the United Nations | Alternet
The War on Drugs Is Taking Center Stage at the United Nations | Alternet
Far from being a timely move, this is the UN acting on what was already shown to be the over all desire of the vast majority of the worlds people. It's a tiny piece of the delegation from the USA,a very vocal but also a very backward piece that even cares about prohibition. The rest of the worlds people are well aware of the failed and very expensive war on drugs. They realise that the damage is not only financial but is of a human nature as well.Prohibition is of another era. It's the single blue type law from the victorian era that's still being used as policy in some countries. While such a moralistic viewpoint on behaviour has been eliminated in every other area.It drags on as drug policy, simply because of the police, politicians and the super rich who count on either drug profits or anti drug profits to keep their wallets fat. They care nothing for the lives they grind down, that whole families and whole areas are devastated by the racist way these policies are enforced.Wherever there are very poor people who's choices are limited, you find the Amerikan drug police stripping away the only way the poor have to make enough to live on.People who are the victims of US drug policy to begin with. It's US prohibition that makes the drugs so valuable. It's people who are arrested in Amerika that are filling the private, for profit prisons. All of these things have come to be since after the declaration of the war on drugs. While claiming to want to lessen the number of people in prisons, they continue construction of said prisons, and their lobby efforts for harsher sentencing and for the prohibition of every new substance that comes along. They talk a good story but their actions speak much louder than their words.I hope that the nations of the UN won't be fooled by a duplicitous US and it's policies. The rest of the world, with the exception of a few very backward cultures where drug addiction is seen as evil and immoral and the dealers are murdered. The rest of the world has seen enough to know that prohibition increases drug use and drug trafficking. It's like a huge advertising effort that has spread drug abuse planet over in just a few decades.Time to end the prohibition on all drugs.

B.C. eyes how to cut court system costs | Vancouver 24 hrs
B.C. eyes how to cut court system costs | Vancouver 24 hrsBC eyes how to cut court costs/Van24hrs.The single thing that BC has never tried is to drop drug prohibition.Of all inmates in the old BC pen, back in the 70's 80's and 90's,over 70% were there on directly related drug crimes.Of the other 30%,many would never have committed the crime had they not been high on drugs or alcohol. The WC crime in BC has always gotten a pass from governments. They spend all their time and budgets chasing the poor and the addicted while our stock market is infamous all over the world for fraud, ponzi schemes and for fraudsters who are always two steps ahead of the law.The Harper tories use cases like the hockey coach pedophile to slash pension reform and cost many elderly ex inmates thousands when their NEW legislation closed down all those fly by night pardon outfits.Perhaps Mr.Harper will refund my 1500 dollars I took from an OAP and lost when all phone numbers I was given were cancelled.Prohibition and laws against any use of some drugs is the root of most of the cases backing up our courts.Harper has wasted millions fighting the few reforms people are trying to put in place. Please remember on Oct19 that my birthday is Oct 20.All I want for a present for my 67th is an end to Stephen Harper.Just add up the millions Harper spent on anti cannabis, anti injection sites and needle exchanges, all things the majority of Canadians said they were in favor of.Harper? He said he didn't care how much money he spent fighting harm reduction measures?Perhaps we've found one cause of why the courts are so overloaded and overworked.

$5M in fentanyl, cocaine and meth seized in massive bust | CTV Vancouver News
$5M in fentanyl, cocaine and meth seized in massive bust | CTV Vancouver News
People should note that there is no mention of heroin in the story of this massive drug bust? That's because the drug Fentanyl is being sold in Vancouver as heroin and the local addicts don't seem to be able to tell?I have been the recipient of Fentanyl on several occasions,in spite of demanding that the person not pick up if Fentanyl was being sold.It seems that in spite of Fentanyl being a substitute that does nothing to increase the production of dopamine and therefore does not create the euphoria associated with the opiate high.Vancouver's addicts don't seem to care as long as it makes the sickness go away.People have often spoken long and often of how once a person is addicted they get nothing but straight from heroin.I thought this as well, until the advent of Fentanyl. It was first used as a booster in poor quality heroin and as such was quite effective. Then the gang bangers discovered that the addicts here were too dumb to realise that all they were buying was Fentanyl. Why risk importing heroin when they can churn out Fentanyl in a local lab and get the same profit with none of the risk?It might seem a win in the war on drugs that heroin was virtually gone from Vancouver's drug scene. That might be true if Fentanyl wasn't every bit as addictive and far more dangerous. It's said to be 50 times stronger than heroin.Add to that that there is no increased dopamine production and you have a seriously bad situation.People will die on Fentanyl.Being made in clandestine labs assures the quality is going to vary wildly.Addicts unfamiliar with the local situation will probably try to fix again and again trying to get the desired euphoria?I saw this when there was crystal methadone on the street.People fixing as usual, unaware of the duration of the drug being far longer. While all this is going on,the methadone that is people's only viable alternative has been adulterated with an antagonist and something which causes inflamation. The drug company, which advertizes that they will tell you what's added on request is now denying they added anything at all?Not only have they taken the step of causing harm to prevent injection. They are denying they did so.This is the kind of abuse that addicts have been subjected to in BC.Addicts that don't qualify for the maintenance program that serves a mere 129 people?

Proposal
Train certain doctors in each state to specialize in opiates.Currently,no doctors are informed on any drugs. They get all information from reps from big pharma. The standard GP is even more ignorant,in most cases than doctors in hospitals. It's amazing more people don't OD on pharmaceuticals. This is unnecessary and is not only killing people by OD.It is making patients with real, severe chronic pain go through all kinds of hoops and hell from uninformed and ideological medical personnel. Some who mean while and others who are just plain ideologues.A person with diabetes and a person with addiction are no different as long as they remain medicated. There are millions of Americans that take anti depressants daily.Drugs that are not only messing with the brain and the rest of our body symptoms. But that have horrible side effects that include death?Opium is a natural product, like cannabis. It has additional products that simply increase the potency.Opiates are benign to all bodily functions. The harm is caused by either poisoning of the crop in the field by rogue agencies like DEA and the military.Or in cut added after the street takes hold and cuts the drug for profit .Drugs have been around for millennia. It's only in the last 100 years, mostly due to policies put forward by racists with an agenda, that they have been prohibited.I think that no one will argue that there has been one positive from the 40 year drug war.It was the biggest ad campaign in history and it not only pushed out the addict dealers. It brought into being the most wealthy, connected, violent and ruthless gangs and cartels in the world. These people are the very worst of every aspect of prohibition. They care nothing for quality, safety, and care about nothing but their bottom line. This is why the drug war is looking worse than ever.It is worse than ever.It will continue to draw the most evil, psychopathic people in the source countries. They will hire only those they can control completely.Other's as violent as they are.All this can end tomorrow. It's congress and the senate that are supporting the drug war and supporting the cartels. The American people in ever bigger majorities are fed up with what they know is a failed and super wasteful commercial for drug abuse. The private prisons and the police will back the drug war forever because it pays them so well.Doctors could be trained in 6 months. If necessary they could hire an addict legally on opiates to guide them through the first year or two.Prescription drugs are taking too many lives. The drug companies response was to add things to the drugs that make them less useful, less pleasant and uninjectable. This only screws up the real patients. The addicts will just go to street drugs. As a pain patient,I have had even methadone altered in this way. This is insanity.IT IS DRIVING PEOPLE BACK TO THE STREET IN NUMBERS.

Drug-busting authorities “lied” about Tor weakness, devs claim — Tech News and Analysis
Drug-busting authorities “lied” about Tor weakness, devs claim — Tech News and Analysis Here we see how desperate the anti drug nazis are and how ,in the end.The only way police ever make any arrests is when someone makes a mistake and then takes down as many "friends" as they have to to survive.By survive I do mean slither out from under by throwing others under the bus.As a person with more bus tire tracks on his back than most.I can say without a doubt that I was never arrested by good, solid police work.Unless you think squeezing a coward for names to bury in their place is police work. The police think it is.Tor wasn't defeated. It is as safe today as it ever was.The anti drug nazis simply did what they always do.They made a creep sell out as many people as he had to to get the narcs off his case.He will probably spend the remainder of his miserable life making anti drug videos and trying to sell his miserable story to hollywood.I was very sorry to hear of the demise of silk road 2.That was until I learned the facts about what happened. If you have any plans to create a world wide drug network to service a market that is so miserably under served,by all means do so.Just don't do it in America, where the government can threaten to take away your entire life and mean it.Don't do it in some backwater that has even harsher penalties for selling a marketable product that a lot of people want.Go to a country with sane drug policies and where they cannot make the kind of threats that you can't handle. You may end up doing a little time. But only if you make a mistake and expose yourself. Most countries aren't as psychotic as some others. In civilized countries,if you are savvy enough to use the net to get what you want, they won't spend millions to try to get to you.In countries like the USA,where prohibition was born,it's a religion. An ideology. It's a poison and a blight on free thinking people.I was an attendant at the Vienna drug convention held in Vancouver,BC.Day one was a collusion of US drug fanatics along with the very few others that are hysterical on the drug situation.Day two was the rest of the world telling those fanatics that he world will be better off with their demise. The eventual final conference in Vienna was a confirmation that the drug war was a mistake and a tragedy. That it's entire approach was flawed and a monumental failure.Ever since that conference we have seen the forces of prohibition doubling down on their policies. While in some countries, most notably Portugal, the pursuit of drug addicts and users has ended forever. They have been witness to a lowering of usage and of increases in addiction that once seemed unstoppable. It seems that drugs, like all vices, are best left to those that are fond of them. The spread of these vices due to the commercialization of their use is a far greater problem than the substances themselves. That commercialization is increased by the prohibition and the following increase in their value. The more the police spend on cracking down, the greater the problems that arise. The more violence used in trying to intercede the more violent the criminals that traffic. The internet has to be the best possible way to connect the people in source countries, mostly poverty stricken places, with the customers. It's the best way to put the dollars in the hands of the people that need it the most.It would eliminate the need for policing and it would strip the criminal element of billions in income.Of course that's the last thing those in power want. They want their systems to continue to spread misery, poverty and addiction on their rules. The lest positive and most punitive method ever devised. That's the system we live under right now. It's the worst possible way of dealing with what has always been a minor irritant.Up until the current prohibition, which has caused everything to degrade into the lowest possible denominator. Our current drug laws.

Vancouver and BC college introduce poison in the guise of methadone treatment
In the latter part of 2013,I was informed that there would be the possibility of switching my methadone from 2 mgms per ml to 10 mgms per ml.I was taking 210 mgms daily for pain and drinking all that foul tasting liquid was unpleasant. It was soon after that I read that everyone was going to be forced onto the new,"methadose" formula of the drug.My first question was would I be able to remain on the 2 mgm per mil and I was told I could.I was eventually conned into trying the new formula under the promise that I could switch back.Within a month I asked to go back due to headaches.Instead I was put on the clear formula and told it was injectable.I was also told not to inject but.It turns out there is a big warning on the information packet saying DO NOT INJECT.I found out why when I woke up very sick one morning(the new formula will vanish without warning).I tried injecting and after hearing a loud ripping noise,i found the drug neutralized and the leg infected.I was very angry and took it to my doctor, blaming her for the infection. She not only refused to accept blame, she said I was no longer a pain patient and was once again an addict.I then found out that being an addict meant I was unable to go back on the old formula. It also meant I paid more for the drug and that the clinic could once again apply for fees.Fees had ended when I turned 65.I believe I was set up,as a 45 year injection drug user,to fail so the clinic could try to collect fees.I have no idea if they were successful but it was the only way for them to try.The new formula is obviously diluted with an antagonist and an irritant. It could be one substance but whatever it is it is causing more than 50% of the users to come down with side effects that range from uncomfortable to unbearable. The college of P&S and someone in the BC government took a huge payoff to change over. That cash is paid. Now that so many are complaining, the heroin disappears from Vancouver's streets? There is Fentanyl, everywhere, but no heroin?Am I paranoid, yes.Do I smell a big government rat, certainly. All I want Is out of BC.I was born here and have lived here all my life but I no longer feel able to live here.Anyone who has any idea where I can get proper pain mediation, please contact me.My e mail is available on my google account.
Afghan ‘kill list’ leak: NATO risked civilian lives by targeting low-level Taliban fighters — RT News
Afghan ‘kill list’ leak: NATO risked civilian lives by targeting low-level Taliban fighters — RT News The article makes the case that Americans have joined the war on terror with the war on drugs by claiming that the Taliban makes 300 million in revenue from the distribution of opium. The article says nothing about the 40 times increase in opium production under NATO?The opium trade is counted in the billions.Afghanistan is said to make 2 billion from opium, which is also their entire gdp.The CIA has been paying for their black ops with narcotic money ever since Air America and Iran/Contra.They are certainly back in the heroin business. This time, they have taken some pains to try to direct that trade towards their enemies,Iran and Russia. Both those countries are experiencing record addiction and there is of course some spill off into the scandinavian countries and west from there.Heroin, the number one product of opium traffickers,is at record purity and abundance all over the world.Yet here,in Vancouver,BC,where heroin has traditionally been a huge problem. There is not so much as an iota of heroin on the streets? The only heroin here is being supplied at a down town clinic by doctors.Addicts on the street have been getting by on Fentanyl,a big pharma drug that Does Not increase dopamine and is therefore a very poor substitute. That local addicts have been buying Fentanyl without being able to even distinguish the difference is probably part of some kind of conspiracy.Whether or not it's simple gangster greed or is governmental is unknown. It did coincide with the switching of the methadone from pure methadone hydrochloride to a concoction of methadone cut with an antagonist and an irritant that causes infection when injected. What does all this have to do with Afghan death lists? It just shows how the people in power will do anything to get what they want. They don't care who gets hurt. How many become addicted. What those people become addicted to.They certainly don't care what their plans and schemes do to other countries, populations and of course,no one cares about what they do to addicts. The current methadose form of methadone is having disastrous affects on local addicts to the tune of over 50%.I have constant headaches and throw up if I take over 200 mgms.My wife scratches her skin raw.We are not the exception but the norm.

Metro - No end in sight for Occupy Vancouver
Metro - No end in sight for Occupy Vancouver These people get props for endurance.I'll bet the Mr.Conservative folks that are spitting and cursing at them wouldn't last a night. It's been cold and wet for an awful lot of this protest but the protesters are determined to stay for the long haul.People might think that there are more productive ways to spend your time but then they probably just don't get it anyhow.People are pissed and feel they don't have any voice in Harper's Canada. There is no doubt after three job actions have been legislated to an end and a huge game changing crime bill was rammed through with little or no debate. That democracy is dead in this country for the duration of the Harper dictatorship.By limiting debate to two days on a bill that crams 9 bills into one huge mess that appeals to no one but Harper and the advisors he uses. That would be the victims of violent crime. These people are just too angry to approach legislation with anything but a jaded view at best.At worst we get the bill we see in parliament today.A mish mash of conservative ideology, christian right severity and little or no complementary data.An unjustified shift to the right at a time when crime is at all time lows and being reduced every year.Of course the conservatives have all kinds of excuses to explain this away.Their excuses are as uninformed as they are.People do not sit out in the rain in protest of nothing at all. There are very good and valid reasons that the average Canadian feels he is powerless.Harper and his minority(in support)government ruling like a petty despot is only one.

Harper's number one priority
With the stock markets tanking and surging, for no apparent reason other than a complete lack of confidence in the state of the world economy, one would be forgiven for thinking that this countries government's primary concern would be in how to keep people working. Not so with the Government of Stephen Harper.Don't forget that this is the same Harper who prorogued parliament to save his own job when he totally misread the first economic collapse. The same Harper that insisted we harmonize our banking system with that of the US.Luckily,we were once smart enough in this country to know an idiot when we heard one speak. Now that the man has dictatorial power for a five year margin his first act is to take a bunch of already tried crime bills, bills that were so against the common good that they were dropped without a debate and jammed them in with a bunch of even worse bills and with the demand that this omnibus bill be passed in 100 days.Harper never listens to the statistics or to science or even to what is happening around the world. He is continually in court trying to close down insite, which is a program that has earned this country praise world wide. His hatred for cannabis is legend and his opposition to harm reduction based on personal morality, period. Why,with the world backing away from the disastrous prohibition that has seen a spreading of drug use around the planet that is unprecedented, would Harper want to expand the very laws that caused this plague in the first place? One can only surmise that it is yet another of the many foolhardy motions and statements that spring eternal from the evangelical right.Their placing of their personal beliefs above all else, above science, math, history, and common sense is against any known form of logic known to man. These terrible crime bills.Formed in consultation with the victims of violent crime and police chiefs, and we all know how impartial those groups are, these laws are aimed at the poorest people in the country.Oh,they call them organized crime bills and they might even be so deluded as to believe that that is who will suffer under these acts.I will guarantee, after 45 years of watching the local crime scene closely, that these bills will put a huge number of low level drug addicts in prison for serious lengths of time.People say that at least while they're in prison they're not out committing crimes. They are also not learning anything but how to be a better criminal and they come under the influence of the most sick and violent people in the country. They come out,and they all do come out as angrier, smarter and more hair triggered criminals than when they went in.Many will pick up serious drug habits. So it was,so it is and so it always will be.Canada,in the 60's and early 70's put away more people by population than any western democracy.More than even the US.Now we have another conservative government that wants to put more people in prison than any government before them.It seems to be a conservative badge of honor. It doesnt work.It costs a fortune for no return and it does nothing to resolve the underlying problems of poverty and drug abuse that have been at the root of crime since we crawled out of the sludge and began walking upright. You would think that we would learn from history. We don't.The election of Stephen Harper makes me wonder if we ever learn at all.

In Flanders Fields
The poppies blow.Has anyone told the RCMP?After reading about a poor immigrant who came here from Afghanistan with some poppy seeds and a habit for either the tea made from the pods or opium. He grew his poppies for 10 years, bothering no one and with no intention of ever sharing his treasure with anyone else. Then the Calgary police were tipped off and this serious felon was arrested and put through what must have been worse than hell,if he survived at all.The one thing this drug does that is bad is to addict the user and especially an opium eater will often succumb. Now we find out that the east Indian community has a weakness for the tea and the cops are crowing about their huge bust of poppy fields. Now,I confess that I had planned to move to the interior and plant a few hectares of poppies for medicinal purposes. Now it seems cannabis isn't the only wild growing plant that can get you arrested and tossed in jail. What about all those people with poppies in their yards? My mother always had a patch in the east end.We cannot allow our laws to be applied to only some.A single pot plant gives our Prime Minister nightmares.I call on the RCMP and every Provincial and city police department to get out there and arrest these felons.Inform them of their crime and arrest and imprison them, all of them.Either that or just knock this shit off.If I want to grow poppies and I interfere with no one else, why should anyone care? Why would the police actually arrest a man who is doing no harm?Prohibition. It's here and it makes as much sense now as it did in 1903 when opium was banned to :"keep the chinks in their place".The"chinks" had had the bad form of being beat up by a bunch of racists and having the gall to fight back to protect their property. That is why opium is agin the law here. All drug laws are either racist in origin or as the result of the war on drugs declared in 1971.I remember LSD becoming illegal in '68.Art Linkletter's daughter had done a swan dive off a roof so no one else was allowed to do it anymore. So,to Mr.Naturel out there who thinks pot is OK cause it's grown freely in nature.Leave me and my opiates alone. To everyone who knows so much better than me how I ought to live, piss off.To the police all over this country,if you bust a field in a mans yard you best be busting every poppy plant you see.A criminal is a criminal. What about the message you send when gramma skates?

Just watch for the so called organised crime figures
Stephen Harper has been the loudest opponent of the senate all his life but since he gained power he has appointed more senators than any other PM in history.By packing the Senate with grateful Conservative cronies he has made it possible to ram his bill S-10 through the senate without amendments.I have heard the comments that it is only aimed at gang members and organized crime.Anyone who is familiar with the Canadian justice system will know we have been here before. The habitual criminal act was also supposed to capture and imprison organised crime figures for life.In the end it was being used against drug addicts.Harper hates drug addicts and he sees no difference between heavy pot smokers and heroin smokers.I find it hard to believe that even Stephen Harper doesn't know the difference between a heroin addict and an organised crime figure. With his tight control of what information gets out of the conservative caucus, the civil service and for sure the criminal justice system he will be able to imprison whomever he wants. There has been 6 billion set aside to pay for the increased number of prisoners and for the new prisons that we will have to build.Harper is taking us down the same path as his friends in the USA.Heroin addiction cannot be helped in any way by prison.Their answer is that it's worth it because the people will be in jail and not stealing for drug money. This is beyond a doubt and researched to death, the absolute worst use of resources possible. It's unfortunate that Harper, with his biblical approach to everything doesn't care about being humane or trying to solve a problem instead of attacking the symptoms. We will be shown photo ops that will purport to show how wonderful this bill is working.Like everything Harper and his trained caucus do the story will be framed by conservative ad boys and the message carefully managed and controlled. This is just another bad law, aimed at the poorest and the most harmless of us alldisguised as an attack on organised crime.Listed to the bill and to some of Harpers speeches and you will hear very clearly that he is aiming at so called "chronic offenders",a code word for drug addicts .There is never any excuse for returning us to a method of dispensing justice that was an abject failure. It is just this kind of blundering as if in the dark that has allowed the prohibition of drugs to drag on for so long.In the early 70's Canada jailed more people per capita than did the US.Harper is willingly and with both eyes open doing the same thing again.Of course the reason it was changed was because it was considered to be cruel and unusual. It was also expensive and totally useless.
